Acceptance

These terms apply to all visitors, pilot participants, and design partners. Using the site or submitting a pilot inquiry constitutes acceptance.

Design partner and pilot status

AcreFrame is in design partner stage. Features, interfaces, and workflow logic are subject to change. No production reliability is guaranteed.

No production reliance

Do not rely on AcreFrame for time-critical, safety-critical, or liability-critical workflows unless covered by a separate production agreement. Pilot output should be verified independently.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide, including field boundaries, prescriptions, labels, and operational parameters. You are responsible for ensuring qualified human review of all regulated workflows.

Prohibited uses

• Using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempting to bypass security controls or access other users' data
• Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Scraping, automated data extraction, or denial-of-service attacks
• Using the service to issue regulated field commands without human review

No autonomous regulated decisions

AcreFrame explicitly prohibits using its output to issue autonomous spray, fertility, irrigation, or other regulated field commands. All such decisions require qualified human approval.

Data and source accuracy

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of source materials uploaded to AcreFrame, including prescriptions, labels, and scouting notes.

Third-party systems

AcreFrame may reference or integrate with third-party systems. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those systems.

Disclaimers and no warranty

AcreFrame is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veldarium Technology Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AcreFrame.

Intellectual property

All content, code, and branding on this site are owned by Veldarium Technology Systems LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

Feedback

Feedback you provide may be used to improve AcreFrame without obligation or compensation.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these terms or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
