This page exists because agricultural operations are regulated, high-stakes, and legally complex. AcreFrame takes its boundaries seriously.
Design partner stage
AcreFrame is currently in design partner stage. The product is being shaped around real agricultural operating loops. Features, interfaces, and workflow logic will change based on pilot feedback. There is no production-ready guarantee.
Decision-support only
AcreFrame is designed for decision-support and workflow coordination. It does not make agronomic, regulatory, safety, legal, or compliance decisions. All regulated and high-stakes workflows require qualified human review.
No replacement for qualified professionals
AcreFrame does not replace agronomists, licensed applicators, farm managers, or other qualified professionals. It produces execution packets and queue logic to assist with coordination. Final execution decisions remain with the operator and responsible manager.
Regulated workflow boundary
Crop protection, fertility, and other regulated workflows are explicitly bounded. AcreFrame assists with coordination, record linkage, and cost visibility. It does not prescribe chemical use, application rates, or timing. Human approval is required before dispatch.
No autonomous application decisions
AcreFrame produces decision-support packets, not autonomous execution commands. No feature issues spray, fertility, irrigation, or other field commands without human review and approval.

Nothing on this site or in AcreFrame products constitutes legal, agronomic, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your operation.
No compliance guarantee
AcreFrame does not guarantee compliance with local, state, federal, or international regulations. Record packets and source artifact trails are designed to support compliance efforts, but they are not a substitute for legal or regulatory review.
No yield, input, or cost guarantee
AcreFrame does not guarantee savings, yield improvement, input reduction, or specific cost outcomes. Cost variance signals and operational metrics are directional and depend on data quality, adoption, and operating conditions.

Any third-party system names mentioned on this site are descriptive examples only. No affiliation, endorsement, or partnership is implied unless explicitly stated.

Counsel review required
Before using AcreFrame for production regulated usage, counsel review is required.
Data handling boundary
Farm and operational data submitted during pilots is used solely to build operating output for the pilot participant. It is not sold to third parties. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Pilot-only limitation
AcreFrame is not a production system during the pilot phase. Do not rely on it for time-critical, safety-critical, or liability-critical workflows without redundant verification.
Source materials required
Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of source materials uploaded or referenced in AcreFrame, including prescriptions, labels, scouting notes, and imagery.
Human approval is not a footnote. It is the product boundary.
Every regulated workflow in AcreFrame is designed to stop at a qualified human. That is not a limitation. That is the design.
