AcreFrame respects your operational and personal data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
What information is collected
Inquiry and form data
When you apply for design partner access, we collect name, email, organization, role, operation type, region, use case, and workflow pain description. This helps us evaluate operational fit.
Operation and pilot data
During a pilot, we may receive field boundaries, season plans, source artifacts (prescriptions, labels, scouting notes), input product details, inventory lots, machine assets, operator information, task candidates, weather data, approval decisions, work orders, execution records, and cost variance data.
Source artifacts
PDFs, images, spreadsheets, and other documents you upload to build execution packets and record trails.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics (privacy-focused, no cookies, no personal data) to understand site usage. You can opt out via your browser's Do Not Track setting.
Server logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects standard server logs including IP address, user agent, request URL, and timestamp for operational and security purposes.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be used for form session state if required.
How data is used
- To evaluate design partner fit and respond to inquiries
- To build operating queues, work packets, and record packets during pilots
- To improve product logic based on real operating feedback
- To communicate pilot progress, outcomes, and next steps
- To maintain security and prevent abuse
No sale of personal or farm data
AcreFrame does not sell, rent, or trade personal information or farm operational data to third parties. Period.
Subprocessors and hosting
- Vercel — web hosting and serverless functions
- Resend — email delivery for pilot inquiries
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-focused web analytics
Data retention
Inquiry data is retained for 24 months or until you request deletion. Pilot operational data is retained for the duration of the pilot plus 12 months for outcome review, unless you request earlier deletion.
Deletion and contact
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@acreframe.com. We will confirm deletion within 10 business days.
Security safeguards
- HTTPS enforced on all pages and API routes
- Server-side validation for all form submissions
- Rate limiting and honeypot fields on inquiry forms
- No storage of passwords or financial data during pilot phase
- Access to operational data is limited to core team members
AI and model training boundary
Pilot and customer data will not be used to train public models without explicit written permission. Any future model training using operational data will require a separate data use agreement.
Breach and security contact
If you discover a security vulnerability, please email hello@acreframe.com with details. We will respond within 48 hours.
Children and minors
AcreFrame is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to active pilot participants.
